Recommendation 1:
1. You must correctly select the subject of the graduation project.
Often, the student takes a topic, which does not understand, and therefore
problems arise when writing a senior project (also coursework). The scientific adviser can advise
you on the theme of the diploma, because it corresponds to its own research or
for any other reason. Better to take a topic, you probably pretty good. It may
take a version of the theme, which does not understand almost none of the
selection committee: the economy, it could be a topic at the junction of
subjects (computer science - economics), information technology, etc.
2. Read the guidelines for writing diplom projects.
Methodical recommendations can usually be found on the issuing department, then
to not raise questions concerning registration work, the number of chapters,
make the case, objectives, goals, etc.
Pay special attention to the rules of design work: the font, registration
tables, etc.
3. Be sure to approve the plan with the supervisor.
In general, find out what's for starters, how to protect students from your
head in the past year, as he is competent and has an impact on the performance
appraisal committee. It is desirable to appear at least once every two weeks

4. Contents of the paper.
In the thesis work of the most important thing is not the analysis of the
problem posed in the writing of the diploma, and your own suggestions for
improvement, so it is on them and need to pay attention. (!)
Often in works written in a detailed analysis, which is then not used, or on
the analysis of exits, in the end you can get an estimate that does not meet
your expectations. Try not to embed all the information in the certificate,
most importantly - the logic of the construction work, and excess clutter can
only hurt. Make sure that all chapters were approximately equal.
5. Introduction and conclusion, references.
Since time is short, Certification Commission normally reads only that part of
the diploma, so they must be written perfectly. Most importantly - they are
written at the end of the work (rather than at the beginning, as many think).
6. Protection work.
Better to go on the first day of protection, there are usually scores above. Do
not drink a lot of calming medications, it can only hurt. Confidently answer
anything, even a non-issue, or you can always say that the issue was not included
in the thesis project, but you will be treated.

Requirements for thesis work
By the design of the diploma the student may proceed, according to two options:
• after the exams in all disciplines;
• in parallel, with exams in 5-6 subjects.

consent of the dean and academic advisor. In each case, the chosen theme of the
diploma should be relevant, different novelty, supported by the data in tables,
graphs, etc., is fully disclosed.

Review
The reviewer examines the submitted material and wrote "The review of
graduate work ...", which indicates the positive and negative aspects of

Abstract diploma

The main part of the diploma pre-review of national and world literature,
including periodicals and patent information sources on the subject, set out
their outline and summary (size: 7-8 pages).
The main part of the diploma
Next, you need to bring the data reflecting the essence, the methodology and
main results of the work performed, the rationale for the choice of direction
taken by the development of themes, methods of solving problems and their
comparative evaluation, calculation methods, the principles of the developed
objects, their characteristics, summarizing the results of their evaluation,
etc. You also need to bring proof of the nature theme, to show the prospects
for further development of the question topic, give the comparative
characteristics of the options selected to provide the option to prove its
benefits. This issue should be considered by the example of a specific
organization.
Depending on the nature of the work material is presented in the form of text,
tables, graphs, charts.
In the form of tables make out digital material. Table should be placed in the
work immediately after the text in which it is mentioned for the first time or
on the next page, if the space after the text is taken. At each table must be
referenced in the paper (text).
Tables numbered in Arabic numerals ordinal numbering within the entire work. Number
should be placed in the upper right corner above the title of the table after
the word "Table". If in one table, it should not be numbered, and the
word "Table" do not write. (The volume of the main body of 30-40
pages).
Conclusions should be concise but cover all the sub work.
Conclusion
The conclusion reflects an assessment of the work and includes recommendations
on practical use of the work (2-3 pages).
List of references
Applications
Applications can be in the form of text, tables, forms, resolutions,
regulations and other documents in full or excerpts from them with reference to
the document.
Thesis work should be presented on 50 pages of typewritten text (at least),
with 28-29 lines per page according to GOST.
Numbered pages (serial number) from the title page, but write a number,
starting only with a sheet of Contents by typing the number "6". If
"Feedback ..."," Review ...", "Abstract ..."
include 2 or more sheets, all of their account number is mandatory. This means
that the figure does not write "6", and "7", "8",
etc. Write the page number in the upper right corner, stepping back from the
top and right by 10 mm.
The student presents a diploma to a separate folder, folder (I am).
